One star is being generous. I contacted Scarlet about ls swapping my 1994 Toyota truck. She said no problem and we agreed on 15k for the swap and I was supplying a low milage ls3 and tr6060 from a 2015 Camaro. I put 5k down on my discover card. The day they start the swap she calls me and tells me the engine is too big to fit. Mind you there are many done out there and while it's not a drop in swap any competent shop should be able to accomplish this swap. I showed her pictures of how others were doing it. She was no longer interested in completing job. She agreed to drop truck off at my house and said she would give me "most of my money back". They had removed the pulley drive system and harmonic balancer and she said they could put it back together but I would have to pay shop labor hours to do it! I declined and decided to assemble myself. I assumed she would basically charge me for the tow(about 20 miles). When I went to get my refund they tried to keep $1,800 for shop labor. When I complained she said that was a deal and she was only charging me labor for one person. Shop labor is a flat rate. It doesn't matter if 1 or 5 people are working on your car the labor rate doesn't ch

I recently purchased a set of what I was led to believe were 18 inch wheels. Once I got home I realized they were actually 17 inches instead. I messaged the employee, Zane, and asked him for a refund. At first he agreed but then turned hostile the next day after speaking with the boss about it. Not a very professional employee or business.

I only spoke to them over the phone as I had been referred to them by another performance shop.I described my issue and while they were not actually able to fix my problem , they were very helpful. The gentleman on the phone took his time and explained everything to me and answered my questions thoroughly. I definitely appreciated his willingness to help me find my solution and would recommend them!

These folks are great. I had them work on my ls powered 64’ chevelle. All i can say is WOW. These guys know there stuff. I am so happy with how they tuned and diagnosed my cars issues. They seem to really enjoy dealing with car enthusiasts like myself. As for there pricing they communicated every step of the way offering different options to proceed. A+ top notch folks.
